Public Awareness Council. The Public Awareness Council is comprised of a maximum of thirty (30) volunteers and supporters nominated by the Board Chair and/or President to actively participate in the fulfillment of public awareness initiatives on behalf of THE WOMAN’S CANCER FOUNDATION, including: Media and publicity; health education; cancer detection awareness campaigns; and fundraising. Upon serving a three (3)-year term, one member may be considered for appointment to the Board upon recommendation of the Board Chair and/or President.
